Starting from the nonviolent training of the animals, parallels are drawn and the findings are presented - from the perspective of human communication. In the workshop you will experience a different way of communication with new possibilities for action. You will practice a cooperative way of working together in which conflicts are resolved and all participants are respected and perceived. You will learn to deal with yourself and other people in a sensitive way.
You will be introduced to important elements of non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg:
The workshop is a mixture of presentation, group work, practical exercises and self-awareness. In addition to imparting knowledge, I attach great importance to the joy of learning and a trusting and relaxed atmosphere.

We broaden and deepen the view on training. In this seminar you will learn how to apply the findings of learning theory to practical training. If you already work with clicker/marker signals and positive amplification and appreciate their possibilities, we can now go one step further.
We will discuss the following questions, among others.
